All Stereohype button badges available at stereohype.com are classic high quality one inch (25mm) metal back badges with so-called D-pin. Tiny stickers at the back mention the artist, release date, series number, etc. The growing collection of these mobile mini canvases – featuring over 1,700 individual designs by over 600 international graphic designers, illustrators, photographers and artists – consists of all B.I.O. (By Invitation Only) contributions, winners of Stereohype's annual button badge design competition and additional series such as the special collaborations: AFOMFS Series, MICA Series, 10x10 Series and Emoji Series. AFOMFS badges come with one specially printed limited edition FL@33-designed shoelace per order (120cm, black, with white Stereohype / Art & Sole / Stereohype / AFOMFS / ... repeat pattern) – while stock lasts.

When drawing the sneakers, Emma first made a freehand pencil draft then inked over the outline using a Victorian dip pen. She finished by applying watercolour and other inks, enjoying an opportunity to have fun with form and colour.

Emma Kelly started by drawing things onto a wall behind her parent’s sofa, aged two years old. Her drawings are unusual and attractive, displaying her intuitive skill of drawing and use of colour. She knows what to leave in or what to leave out, along with when and where to draw the line – quite literally. As a result, Emma’s illustrations have a unique character, be it a portrait, street scene, or box of washing powder, and the ability to inject appeal into any subject matter no matter how everyday or unusual.

Handsome Frank is an illustration agency, representing some of the finest contemporary artists on the planet. They promote and manage the creative talents of a very select group of illustrators and visual artists, overseeing projects from conception to completion.

A Few of My Favourite Sneakers (AFOMFS)
AFOMFS is curated by Art & Sole (at Intercity). Art & Sole is both a book and an online resource that celebrates the creative side of sneaker culture; featuring the best artist / designer sneaker collaborations, as well as showcasing artists who based their work on sneakers – from sculptures made from dissected shoes, to oil paintings on canvas. Not content with simply writing about all the creative collaborations out there, Art & Sole also currently curate two projects based on the theme of art and sneakers. The second of these curatorial projects, and the basis for this collaboration with Stereohype, is entitled A Few Of My Favourite Sneakers. The project is an ongoing series which sees Art & Sole commission select artists and illustrators to draw their favourite sneakers. Individual artists are asked to draw ten sneakers in total, and illustration collectives can submit one sneaker per artist. The results of the project so far can be seen within the AFOMFS category on the Art & Sole website, and selected images from the series are also available to purchase as limited edition giclée prints through the Art & Sole shop.
