Seven button badges in new deluxe matchbox-style gift box (size M).
There are three different sizes of Stereohype's elegant matchbox-style gift boxes for button badges. In this category we have the medium-sized versions of this superb packaging solution. Each of these medium-sized gift boxes contain seven, eight or twelve designs from Stereohype's growing button badge collection. A rose-gold foil-blocked Stereohype mascot squirrel was hand-printed in the UK at the top of the gift box (outside dimensions, medium size for 6–12 badges: 100 x 100 x 17mm). Inside the beautiful matt black cardboard gift box is a black flock pad and badges are directly pinned into it. All Stereohype button badges available at stereohype.com are classic high quality one inch (25mm) metal back badges with so-called D-pin. Tiny stickers at the back of each button badge mention the artist, release date, series number, etc. Badges are printed and encapsulated with love and care in the United Kingdom.
FL@33 is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in London and founded in 2001 by Royal College of Art graduates Agathe Jacquillat and Tomi Vollauschek. Since then FL@33 has created an award-winning, internationally published body of work, ranging from self-initiated projects to commissioned work for clients from around the world, across many different sectors, regardless of size and budget. From logos to integrated identity systems, intriguing imagery to complete book designs, from poster campaigns to websites, moving image and interior design.
Agathe and Tomi are friendly, passionate and dedicated designers who give international lectures, judge, art direct, consult, design, curate, exhibit, contribute to books and magazines, conceive, compile, edit and write their own books, give workshops, and also develop design products for the studio’s sister company Stereohype. The founding directors have been described as multi-lingual, multi-specialised design activists consistently striving to exceed expectations of their demanding clients – using wit and humour to create fresh, imaginative and engaging visual communication, products and interior designs.
A FL@33 monograph (Design & Designer 033 – FL@33) was published in 2005 by Pyramyd and the three books authored and designed by FL@33 were published worldwide by Laurence King and partner publishers: Postcard (2008), Made & Sold: Toys, T-Shirts, Prints, Zines and Other Stuff (2009) and more recently The 3D Type Book (2011). In the same year FL@33’s popular online sound collection project bzzzpeek.com was exhibited in New York's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Agathe and Tomi self-published the widely acclaimed Trans-form magazine (2001) and the tenth anniversary book and exhibition catalogue Stereohype 2004–2014.
