Extracted from her Mail art project to be worn strategically on clothes. The button's patterns reveal the makings of the garment.

A London based artist from Finland, freshly graduated from the Royal College of Art. Ikonen has recently been selected to showcase her work on 6.5 million limited edition Beck's beer bottle labels. Working through photography and costume design, the artist performs images in super-garments that open up new experiences for herself and those she works with. Recent work includes a number of events for the Tate galleries and several UK and international exhibitions.
