designed by Darren Firth
Darren Firth, the original founder of Wearitwithpride
(now known as WIWP) has managed the Brand and all its associated activities
since its launch in 2003; from collaborative projects and promotions to full
scale exhibitions and shows. Aside from these duties, Darren works as a Designer/Illustrator;
and in his role as Snr Designer at Un.titled,
has worked closely with brands such as Ben Sherman, Puma, Nike, Boxfresh, Lee
Cooper and Clarks Originals.
Darrens personal work (under the name Keepsmesane)
is an eclectic mix of preferred styles, and has been featured in numerous international
publications and exhibitions.
He is a member and Co-Founder of the collective 'Sambuki Social', part of the
Graphics team at the Royal Magazine and a regular contributor to Computer Arts and Lounge72.
A little addition by Stereohype:
Darren Firth is the button badge master himself – as we secretly
call him when nobody watches – simply because he and his wearitwithpride
project were one of the first to generate a global new wave of popularity
of the humble button badge in this very new century. He is also co-editor/curator
of the travelling exhibition and book 'Two Faced – The Changing
Face of Portraiture' which was published by IdN in January 2007.
